These terms govern your access to openaiapi.lol and the API endpoints operated for your workspace.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity performed with them.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe intellectual property, to generate malware, to attack third-party systems, or to bypass the usage policies of the model vendors you route to.
- We may suspend a workspace that threatens the availability or integrity of the platform.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
- Usage above the included allowance is billed at the published model rates for your plan.
Availability
- The service is provided on an as-available basis. We publish status and incident history, and we aim to keep routing and failover within the targets described on this site.
- We may change, deprecate or retire models as our upstream vendors change theirs.
Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
