Refund Policy

We want you to be able to evaluate OpenAI API without risk. This policy explains how refunds work for paid plans.
First subscription
- If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription and have consumed less than 10% of the included allowance, we refund the full amount.
- If you have consumed more than that, we refund the unused portion of the current billing period.
Renewals
- Renewal charges are refundable when requested before the renewal period has been used. Cancel from your billing settings to stop the next renewal.
- Usage-based charges that have already been incurred are not refundable.
How to request
- Email support@openaiapi.lol from the address on the account with the invoice number and the reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
