This policy explains what OpenAI API collects when you use openaiapi.lol, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: the name, email address and profile image your Google account shares when you sign in.
- Billing data: the plan you selected, invoice history and the identifiers returned by Stripe Checkout. Card numbers never reach our servers.
- Usage data: request metadata such as model, timestamp, token counts and latency, used for usage accounting and spend controls.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent and error traces needed to keep the service available and secure.
No prompt storage by default
- Prompts and completions are processed to serve your request and are not stored by default. You can opt into request logging from your workspace settings when you need auditability.
- Aggregated counters that never contain prompt text are retained to power usage accounting, budgets and reliability reporting.
How we use data
- To authenticate you, provision your workspace, meter usage, process payments, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your prompts to train models.
Sub-processors
- Google (authentication and analytics), Stripe (payments), and our cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, database and object storage).
- Each sub-processor is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Your choices
- You can export or delete your account data, close your workspace, and opt out of non-essential analytics at any time.
- Requests about privacy can be sent to support@openaiapi.lol.
